Development History

I have been engaged in the webbing industry for more than 40 years. After a series of changes, the development of the webbing industry has become more mature. In recent years, the sales network has been formed all over the country.

Established Xiaofeng Ribbon Factory with Wen family members as equity.

1988-1995 growth

We invested in the establishment of the Phoenix Ribbon Factory in 1988. The main products are civilian ribbons.
Started production of seat belts in 1993.
Purchased shuttleless looms and dyeing machines from Taiwan in 1995, to form a one-stop automobile safety belt production line.

Registered in 1999

"Hebei Ningjin County Phoenix Ribbon Co., Ltd." was formally established in the current company registration place

2002 transformation

Passed ISO9002-1994 quality management system certification； Purchased advanced equipment from Switzerland and Germany, started to produce European and American standard seat belts, and realized product transformation and upgrading.

2007 joint venture

Joint venture with German Burg Group to establish Hebei Burg Phoenix Webbing Co., Ltd., and plans to build a new factory in Xicheng District, Ningjin County

2014 metamorphosis

The joint venture was terminated, and Hebei Fengzhan Ribbon Co., Ltd. was established by the original team of " Hebei Ningjin County Phoenix Ribbon Co., Ltd."

2015 innovation and development

Obtained the TS16949 system certification, and gradually re-equipped with Changchun Autoliv, Chongqing Everbright and other companies.

2017 mature development

Re-obtained CCAP product certification；Obtained the mature development of supplier qualifications from customers such as Yanfeng Bailide, Jinbei Jinheng, BYD, etc., and began to gradually supply in batches.

2018 system upgrade

TS16949 upgrade to IATF16949

2019 Increase xpansion

Entered the material warehouse of Geely suppliers and obtained supporting Geely projects for companies such as Jinheng and Everbright in the same year

2020 Epidemic prevention

The COVID-19 broke out. Self help research and development of mask ear belt equipment, and establishment of group standard for mask ear belt T/CNITA 15104-2020; Zhejiang Songyuan, Jiule Yuxin, South Korea Sansong Export and other projects are gradually being mass-produced

2021 Industry impact

In response to the requirements of the National Standards Committee, revise the industry standard for automotive seat belt webbing, QC/T 946; Gradually developing military products
