1. Optimized the edge of Geely's seat belt to reduce the fuzz state to the customer's ideal state;
2. Developed orange seat belts for Geely Automobile to meet its special color light aging requirements;
3, develop the national mask ear band group standard: T CNITA 15104-2020;
4. Developed customized webbing products for new car enterprises (Gaohe, Xiaopeng, Weilai);
5, provide ideal optimization scheme and webbing products for GAC special color fastness;
6. Cooperate with raw material manufacturers to develop luminous fibers for improving the intelligent visualization of fabrics;
7. Developed and applied antibacterial mask ear bands;
8. Complete the military-civilian integration of enterprises and add new reserve forces to the national armaments construction;

In response to the requirements of the National Standards Commission in 2021, the QC/T946 automotive safety belt industry standard is updated.  

 

33 General Manager Wen Rixue is the main drafter of QC/T 946 standard for performance requirements and test methods of automotive safety belt webbing.
In 2021, at the sixth International Automotive Safety System Summit, Mr. Wen shared wonderful information on the development status of automotive safety webbing, personalized market development, new material application and innovative design.

 

33 In 2023, at the 8th International Automotive Safety System Summit, Mr. Wen gave a wonderful share on the scene of "Exploring new models of green development and new practices of green manufacturing of webbing".
